Some journeys are meant for rest.
Some are meant for discovery.
And some help us understand one another better so we can go further together.

From October 3–5, 2026, the Bee Interior team shared a memorable journey in Mui Ne. After days filled with drawings, site work, schedules, and constant deadlines, this trip gave everyone the opportunity to step away from the usual work rhythm, enjoy new experiences, have fun, and create lasting memories together.

One Journey – Many Experiences

This year’s Company Trip was more than just a getaway.

From the journey to Mui Ne and shared meals, to recreational activities, beach team building, and the Gala Dinner, each part of the trip brought a different experience.

There was laughter.

There were challenges that could only be solved through teamwork.

There were also simple, everyday moments that we do not always get the chance to see in one another during the normal course of work.

Most importantly, it was a time for Bee Interior team members to connect not only as colleagues, but also as people sharing the same journey.

Team Building – When Team Strength Comes from Connection

One of the highlights of the trip was a series of Team Building activities, where participants were divided into teams and challenged to observe, analyze, coordinate, and act together.

Among them, the “Search for the Missing Project File” challenge was built around a familiar simulated workplace scenario.

Everyone wanted the team’s project file to be as complete and polished as possible, so several members edited, updated, and saved the file at the same time. With too many actions occurring simultaneously, the simulated system experienced a conflict and the “important project file” suddenly disappeared just before the presentation.

The three teams then had to quickly divide responsibilities, search for clues, analyze information, and coordinate their efforts to recover the file in time.

Behind the fun was a message closely connected to the way we work:

Individual dedication creates quality.
Coordination between individuals creates the strength of the entire team.

At Bee Interior, every project involves the contribution of multiple departments — from Design, Technical, Cost Estimation and Procurement to Project Management and the Site Team.

Each person has their own expertise and responsibilities. But for a project to progress from the first sketches to successful final handover, communication, coordination, and teamwork remain essential.

Team Building therefore becomes an opportunity for each member to reflect on how we connect with our colleagues and to recognize that the best results come when everyone works toward the same goal.

Stepping Away from Deadlines to Create New Memories Together

Beyond the team challenges, the trip was also a chance for everyone to relax, talk, and experience Mui Ne in a completely different way from our normal working days.

No meetings.
No drawings waiting for revisions.

Instead, there were shared meals, games, photos, conversations, and plenty of moments spent cheering for one another.

These seemingly simple experiences help team members understand each other better and build connections that are sometimes difficult to develop through work alone.

Gala Dinner – Looking Back on the Journey Together

As the day’s activities came to an end, the Gala Dinner gave everyone an opportunity to sit together and reflect on an energetic journey.

Stories, games, laughter, and memorable moments on stage created a warm and enjoyable evening for the entire team.

A Company Trip is not simply a reward after months of hard work. At Bee Interior, it is also an opportunity to recognize that behind every completed project are not only drawings, materials, or numbers.

Behind every project is a team of people working together, solving problems together, and growing together through every project we deliver.

Different Roles. One Team. One Goal.

Every Bee Interior team member plays a different role.

Some develop ideas and designs.
Some focus on technical details and execution.
Some coordinate schedules, costs, and site activities.
Some work directly on turning drawings into built spaces.

But regardless of our individual roles, we all share the same objective: to deliver better projects and create greater value for our clients.

The Mui Ne 2026 journey may have come to an end, but the connections and positive energy built during the trip will continue with Bee Interior into the projects ahead.

Work together. Grow together. Move forward together.
